 The
Kona Reef is located close to the center of Kona. While away from the
hubbub of activity, it's an easy walk fom the condo, along the
waterfront to shopping and restaurants. Fresh produce, real Kona
coffee, flowers, and
macademia nuts are available at the nearby farmers' market. The Kona
Airport is about 7 miles away. Kahalu'u Beach Park, one of the best
snorkeling areas in Hawaii, is just a few miles from the condo.
A large oceanfront pool, Jacuzzi, and chaise
lounge area makes the Kona
Reef a relaxing place to stay. Four gas-fired barbecues provide a
great place to cook dinner, which you can eat at the tables and chairs
in the barbecue area or take back to your private lanai (patio.)
 Unit
D-3 at the Kona Reef  is
an absolutely ocean front, newly
renovated, fully furnished non-smoking,
one bed room condo
with a complete kitchen. The
condo has air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
The
kitchen includes
a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove,
dish washer, toaster, coffee
maker, rice cooker, blender, and a wide assortment of cooking  utensils and pots  and
pans. The bedroom has a queen
bed, a TV, and lots of drawer
and closet space. The bathroom has a
glass
block
shower with rain-type shower head. The living room has a
27" TV, a CD player with connection for an MP3 player, a
DVD/VCR
player, videos, books, and puzzles. The room also has a
full-size futon with comfy 8" thick mattress and bedding. There is a
washer and dryer and a phone answering machine in the unit. Calls to anyplace in the
United States and Canada are free. There also is free wireless internet
access in the condo (and on the lanai), as well as in the
pool/barbeque area. Beach
towels and mats, beach chairs, a boogie board, binoculars and ice
chests are
available for your use.
