Kona Reef, Unit D-3 is a strictly non-smoking oceanfront Kona condo. A maximum of four people can stay in this unit.Kona Reef front sign

Rental rates vary, depending on the season of the year and the length of stay. High season is from December 15 to April 15, plus the first half of October (because of the Ironman Triathalon.) Low season is the rest of the year.

2012 rates are as follows:

High Season (December 16, 2011 - April 15, 2012) --         $150/night for 2 people; minimum stay is 3 nights.

Low Season Nightly Rate (April 16-December 15, 2012 --
    $135/night for 2 people; minimum stay is 3 nights

Low Season Weekly Rate (April 16-December 15, 2012 --
    $894/week ($128/night) for 2 people; minimum stay is 7 nights

Christmas/New Years Rate (December 19, 2012-January 6, 2013 --                          $175/night for 2 people; minimum stay is 5 nights


The Fine Print: These rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests (up to   4 total per condo) are charged $10/night extra. Not included in the above rates are 13.25% Hawaii transient and excise taxes and $98.95 check-out cleaning fee.                There are no credit card, resort, parking, WiFi, long distance, or any other fees.

The rates shown on this page are owner-direct rates and are a substantial discount from the rates charged by the property management company that books this condo. In order to get these rates, you must book directly with the owner by calling Jan at (800)490-4829 (PST) or e-mailing her at Jan@KonaOceanfrontCondo.com.
