Kona Reef, Unit D-3 is a strictly non-smoking unit. A maximum of four people can stay in this condo.
Rates vary, depending on the season of the year and  the length of your stay. High season is December 15 to March 31, plus the month of October (because of the Ironman Triathlon.) Low season is the remainder of the year.
SunQuest, the company that manages this property, charges $165/night in low season and $185/night during high season for unit D-3. An extra fee is charged for the 2 weeks around Christmas. Weekly and monthly discounts are available. A $115 check-out cleaning fee is added to your bill (if you want cleaning during your stay, it's available for an extra charge.) All fees are subject to 11.40% Hawaii transient and excise taxes.
If you book directly with the owner, your cost will be 10% less per night than the fee normally charged by the management company.
