the remainder of the year.

charges
$149/night in low season and $185/ night during high season for unit
D-3. The rate for the 2 weeks around
Christmas is slightly higher.
Nightly rates are 10% less if the reservation is
booked directly with the owner. Last-minute
res-
ervations (when available) are sometimes less expensive

$98.95 check-out cleaning fee is added to your bill (cleaning
during your stay is available for an extra charge.) All fees are
also subject to 12.25% Hawaii transient and excise taxes. There are no
booking, resort, parking, WiFi or other fees.
